I'm not actually feeling blue today, because something great happened. I became an aunt to a cute little baby girl! :D

MTV EMA'S

Zara dress

For father's day (that we celebrated yesterday) I went to Sipoo to my parents' place. I wore this black and white Zara dress from a couple of year's back that apparently had shrunk a bit after washing it, but I like this shorter version as well.. :) I got stuck watching the EMA's rerun on MTV, even though I should sleep. Heidi Klum was a great host and I just fell in love with all her Versace outfits! <3

I went to the NRJ fashion night that was held in the Finlandia Hall yesterday with a couple of friends from work, we had a good time drinking champagne and eating weird appetizers. The show was pretty cool with three well-known Finnish bands, Don Johnson Big Band, The 69 Eyes and The Rasmus, performing and dancing on the catwalk etc. :) But the clothes in the fashion show wasn't as impressive.. In the end of the show ten fashion design students showed their designs and some of them were actually really good! For those who are interested (and in Finland), you can watch the fashion show on AVA next Sunday.

Today wasn't the most productive day for me. I woke up late and went for a 5 hour lunch with my friend Oxana. :D We had a lot to talk about.. First we went to Katsomo right next to the Savoy theater for lunch, but moved our lazy asses to Strindberg after they threw us out of the restaurant.. :)

WALK IN THE PARK

It was freezing yesterday when me and my friend Yasmin met, so I understand why the last pictures are a bit blurry.. :P To warm us up, we had some warm drinks and chocolate cake. Later I went to the movies with my sister to see a French film, La guerre est déclarée at Kino Engel. I miss Paris. :(

Now we're off to have another potatisbakelse (potato pastry) tasting with my sister and a friend. :D

LACE AND LEATHER

Pink and black lace was what I wore yesterday. It was a pretty hectic day, with a strict party schedule. ;D First we had a party at work, with lots of fun activities (archery, bowling, mini-golf etc.), sauna, food and open bar... I then went to a friend's housewarming party (gorgeous apartment!) and later to another friend's birthday party. So I've been a bit tired today.. But thanks to everyone who made it a fun day! :))
Now I should stop watching pointless series on TV and start reading!

I also got a Kalevala Koru pendant, the same I had a few years ago..

Chanelle managed to loose it somehow in my old apartment in Paris, because she loved to play with it.. :c I have to be careful this time!
