Operations suck

Here's some pictures from the big family party I attended last week. :)

Currently I'm at my parent's house, being taken care of. Yesterday I had an operation for my front tooth that still isn't good, over 5 years after the accident... :( My gum hurts and looks terrible with weird stitches everywhere, but hopefully it will get better soon, because now I look like a guinea pig with snus.. The worst thing is that it hurts so much when I laugh, but sometimes I just can't help it, so please don't tell me anything funny. :)

On Friday we celebrated my 24th birthday. :) We started in my beautiful backyard with some drinks, food and good friends. The weather was perfect! Later we went to a bar close by, where we had reserved the upstairs just for us. We also went to a club, Teatteri, later to dance!! :)

Next day we had to wake up really early, to go to my grandfather's bigsister's 100 years birthday party! :) There we saw many relatives, most of them I hadn't even met before. I wasn't feeling my best, but I had a good time anyway. It's amazing how someone can get so old, I hope I got some of her good genes.. :)

Now I'm getting ready for Rihanna on the beach!! :D The weather is crap, but hopefully it will get better!

Today I turned 24!! I can't believe I'm already that old, haha.. When I was a kid I thought I would be so grown-up at this age, but I actually still feel like a child sometimes. :D

Tomorrow I'm organizing a birthday party and it's going to be lots of fun! :)

It's raining men

This is what me and my friends looked like before going out on Saturday. :D It was raining heavily, so this nun look wasn't actually a part of my outfit.. :)
It's been raining a lot today as well, but now I can almost see a glimpse of the sun, so I'm going to go for a much needed walk in the park. <3

The worst thing about working in a shoe shop, is that I have to be around gorgeous shoes all day long. :D I already have a whole bunch of shoes I would like to buy, but I have to try to resist. It's just a bit hard for a shoeaholic not to buy a pair every now and then.. ;)

After work today, I went to an art exhibition to watch the work of my boyfriend's cousin and two other girls. The paintings and photographs were really interesting and beautiful. Outside I found a cute girl in her pink little house. :) I wore my new cool and slightly crazy maxi pants that I found during the sales at Gina Tricot. :)

I'm now waiting for dinner to be served. :) I know we eat really late!! Hihii

This weekend I had the chance to really get some proper (hihi) relaxation. I saw my cousins at our summer house in Porvoo. It felt a bit like the summers when we were kids, when me and my sister's cousins came from Belgium to live there for the summer. We always had so much fun. Me and "my" cousin Kati loved to dress up and play the funniest games, pretending we were doctors and documenting our patients' heart rates. One couldn't have been feeling so well with 3 beatings per hour... :D Of course we also liked to diss our evil big sisters. :) Sometimes I really miss being a kid.

Now I'm back to reality in Helsinki. <3
