Rainbow

From my window I can see the most beautiful rainbow (much better in real life). It looks like the colors are getting stronger and the rainbow wider...? Hmm. Good timing though, because this week Helsinki Pride is celebrated! The Pride Parade takes place on Saturday at 1pm. Unfortunately I have to work then, I remember my last and only Pride Parade I've been to, it was in Barcelona and it was a strange but fun experience. :)

Now I have to go and look for the treasure at the end of the rainbow!

Midsummer

We forgot to pick seven flowers and put them under our pillows, to see who we'll marry.. So we just have to guess! :)

Mine was one of the most relaxed ones so far, but it was great. We did a lot of sun bathing, played games, made delicious drinks and eat too much! :D

The weekend was quite busy with a lot of parties and work. Because the weather's been so great lately, I've been much outdoors and it's been nice to finally get to wear dresses with bare legs! Another thing I really love about summer is when walking home in the middle of the night, the sun has already risen! The pictures are taken at 3.30 am. :D

I'm a bit crazy about snake print, so I couldn't resist these wonderful wedges from Bianco. <3 But now I have to stop buying shoes!! :)

Back to the island

Hello hello,
This weekend we went to our summerhouse in the archipelago of Porvoo. We had a great time, especially Chanelle who couldn't seem to get enough of hunting insects in the grass and looking at singing birds in the trees. :) Now we're back in the city!

The heaviest dress I've ever tried on! I really like it, although I kind of look like a fluffy cake or a bride..

Today I met my friend Yasmin for lunch and after we just had to check out some shops.. :) In H&M I tried a few gorgeous dresses from this spring's conscious collection. There's still a few pieces left in Helsinki for those who are interested. :) We also went to Cos, the new store in Kämp Galleria. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed, not at all what I had expected or at least not my style.

If you're in Helsinki don't forget to come to the jewellery design shop (where I work) Lorukoru on Uudenmaankatu 7 tomorrow! We're organizing an After Work event there from 4-7 pm. :)

Okay, this has to be my favorite French city (after Paris of course)!! :) We spent a wonderful day in Cannes, the last day of the festival. We had a really good day, the weather was perfect, we saw some really nice places, but when we went to a fancy bar by the beach, Nikki Beach, we had 2 small cokes (25 cl I think) and had to pay 20 euros!! :o But apart from the fact that you have to be a millionaire to live there, it seemed like a really nice city and I wouldn't mind at all to go there again sometime soon. :)
